    Pará inks largest-ever carbon credits deal in Brazil

    Several offices from Latham & Watkins LLP offices and Mattos Filho have helped Emergent, a tropical forest-focused non-profit, sign a carbon credits deal worth 982 million reais (US$180 million) from the State of Pará – the largest sale of its kind in Brazil to date.
