A Dodge Charger Scat Pack, a two year old muscle car with a clean title, found itself in an unexpected predicament. After a crash that severely deformed both its front and rear ends, the car was auctioned off in Texas. Khaled, the owner of an SRT shop, was the lucky bidder. Despite its cosmetic damage, the Charger still held promise.

The car, painted black with a red leather and Alcantara interior, was a sight to behold. Under the hood, a powerful 392-cubic-inch HEMI V8 engine roared to life, a testament to its resilience. The Charger’s performance specs were impressive, with a 0-60 mph time of 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 180 mph.

Khaled faced a decision: should he restore the Charger to its former glory and sell it for a profit, or should he dismantle it and sell its parts? The car’s condition, coupled with its desirable features, made the restoration option seem more appealing.

The crash had left the car in a sorry state. The front end was a mangled mess, with the bumper, grille, hood, and fenders all damaged. The impact had pushed everything back, and the dashboard and center console were scattered across the back seat. A quarter panel was missing, and a taillight lay in the trunk.

The rocker and parts of the front end were ripped off and found in the cabin. The rear right side was also affected, with a broken axle shaft, control arm, and loose brake hose. The wheel dangled precariously, but the SRT badged red brake caliper remained intact. Despite the extensive damage, Khaled and his team were determined to restore the car to its former glory.
