A dream unfulfilled for Jaguar enthusiasts is finally becoming reality. The Jaguar C-X75, a stunning concept car revealed in 2010, captured the imagination with its cutting-edge hybrid powertrain and sleek design.
Though production plans fell through, the car’s legacy lives on. This innovative concept underwent several transformations, first boasting a powerful diesel fueled turbine hybrid system, then receiving a rework by Williams Advanced Engineering.
While a production run never materialized due to economic concerns, the C-X75 found a surprising path to the big screen, starring in the James Bond film Spectre.
Though only seven were built for the movie, these bespoke V8-powered machines held the potential for a select few. Now, thanks to the efforts of Ian Callum, the former Jaguar design director, and a dedicated team, one of these exclusive vehicles is about to start on a new chapter a road-legal incarnation painstakingly crafted from a Spectre film car.
The C-X75, a vision of automotive elegance and performance, has been reimagined with a blend of dark green and cream tones, creating a sophisticated and dynamic interior. The cabin’s design, split by a 40-degree angled line and accented with dark metal, merges the contrasting worlds of sportiness and comfort.
A high-tech center console, featuring rotary controls with integrated touchscreens and a wireless charging pad, complements the driver-focused cockpit. The steering wheel, meticulously machined from aluminum, and the luxurious Bridge of Weir leather seats raise the driving experience.
