The selection of electric vehicles has never been more extensive, with an impressive array of options currently available and many more on the horizon.

Some upcoming models are truly thrilling, making the transition to EVs more exciting than ever. With numerous EVs set to launch in 2024 and 2025, there’s plenty to look forward to for enthusiasts eager to experience the latest advancements in electric mobility.

From the revival of nostalgic designs like the VW bus to cutting-edge offerings from Tesla that are still shrouded in mystery, the spectrum of upcoming EVs caters to a variety of tastes and budgets.

While some will debut as high-performance luxury vehicles, others aim to fill underserved niches with affordable options.

What unites them all is their reliance on electricity rather than traditional internal combustion engines. Here are 20 electric vehicles we’re most excited about for 2024 and 2025.

    1. Audi A6 E-Tron

Audi is diligently crafting an electric variant of its beloved A6 sedan, the A6 E-Tron, which has already been previewed as a concept. Audi designer Wolf Seebers has assured enthusiasts, “A lot of what we’re showing here will be available and seen on the road.”

Beyond the sedan, an Avant wagon version is also in development, with camouflaged prototypes already spotted. While the Avant’s arrival in the U.S. remains uncertain, we can’t help but hope it makes the journey stateside.

    2. Cadillac Escalade IQ

Cadillac’s much-anticipated electric Escalade, the 2025 Escalade IQ, is already creating a buzz.

    3. Cadillac Vistiq

Positioned just below the formidable Escalade IQ, the 2026 Cadillac Vistiq will serve as another three-row electric SUV in Cadillac’s lineup.
