US President Donald Trump has announced US tariffs of 25 percent on steel and aluminum imports. They are to be announced at the beginning of this week, as the Republican declared during a flight on Air Force One.
Trump made the announcement on Sunday in conversation with reporters during his flight to the Super Bowl – the US football final – in New Orleans. The Republican had already imposed tariffs on steel and aluminum during his first term in office.
